    Condition: Fair
    Fair condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Some pale marks towards the side seams. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. A small tear towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. One intact selvage. Beautiful hand sewn back patches.

  • Magnificent vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in pineapple yellow with a motif of large white lilies set in a delicate garland reminiscent of bobbin lace. It is a European damask fabric from the mid-1900s. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is a medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. It is a very original pattern that mixes realistic flower designs with stereotypical designs.
