    Distressed. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Color unevenly faded with time. Minimal scuffing Slightly worn eyelets. One intact selvage. Specially soft fabric. Despite all these imperfections it is a unique fabric. Maybe not for everyone. Incredibly beautiful and rare!

  • Beautiful soft blue vintage ticking fabric. It is a European damask fabric from around 1920. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is cotton, light weight and extra soft! Textile perfect for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. On this delicious damask material we see vegetable garlands, bouquets of roses and friendly Cupids throw their arrows. The white thread of the frame is silky and gives the fabric a special shine.
