    Condition: Fair
    Fair condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets.

  • Delicious vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in bright red color. It is a European damask fabric from around 1940. Pattern of large and small flowers: Peonies, thrush and some schematic acanthus leaves. This piece, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This extra soft cotton fabric is lightweight. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. This fabric is very pleasant to work with.
