Beautiful vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in green. It is a European damask fabric from around 1920. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is cotton, lightweight and extra soft! Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. On a delicious damask fabric we see vegetable garlands, bouquets of roses and some friendly Cupids shoot their arrows. The white thread of the weft is neat and gives the fabric a special shine.
