    Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Minor color fading or discoloration throughout the piece. Some pale marks towards the side seams. Minimal scuffing Slightly worn eyelets. One intact selvage.

  • Beautiful vintage mattress fabric (ticking) with beige and blue stripes and some thin white stripes. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from the French “coutil”) from around 1940. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. It has a delicious combination of colors.
