Wonderful vintage lilac and beige striped mattress fabric (ticking) with thin red and white stripes. white, red and blue. It is a strong European fabric made around 1950 from satin weave (sateen). In the past these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called "cutís" (from the French "coutil") It is made of light weight cotton. Perfect textile for interior design and decoration projects.
