    Condition: Good
    Good condition. Minor wear consistent with age and history. Pale fading.towards the side seams. Some pale marks towards the middle. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. One intact selvage. A very light pea-like speck.

  • Lovely mint green and pink striped vintage ticking fabric with some thin white and red stripes. It is a European twill fabric called cutí (or in French “coutil”) from around 1940. This piece was part of a wool mattress cover. It is a medium weight cotton fabric. It has a delicious combination of colors. The herringbone weave reinforces linearity.
