- Wonderful antique damask ticking fabrics in yellow and deep red. The pretty pattern is bouquets of small white flowers sprinkled all over the fabric. It is a strong European fabric manufactured around 1930-1950. In the past, these fabrics for mattress covers were called “cutís” (from the French “coutil”). These fabrics are unused. This set is extraordinarily rare! A treasure from the last factories of the Mediterranean. Perfect textiles for interior design.
ROSARIO SAYS: “Some lampshades made with these fabrics were delicious.”
