Beautiful soft red vintage ticking fabric. It is a European damask fabric from around 1920. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is cotton, light weight and extra soft! Textile perfect for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. On this delicious damask material we see vegetable garlands, bouquets of roses and friendly Cupids throw their arrows. The white thread of the frame is silky and gives the fabric a special shine.
