    Condition: Good
    Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. Both selvages preserved intact.

  • Beautiful vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in red with a chinoiserie pattern. It is a European damask fabric from around 1950. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for decoration projects, cushions, bags, etc. Here we see chrysanthemums, flowering trees, bridge and river, some eastern buildings, etc.
