Extraordinary vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in bright red with a hunting motif. It is a European damask fabric manufactured around 1920 to make mattress covers. This fabric is unused. It is made of cotton with a strong and dense weight, but very moldable after many washes and use. Perfect textile for decoration projects. Extremely unusual designs: a wild boar and roe deer hunt with horsemen on horseback.
