    Unused. Good condition. Original condition unaltered. This fabric is unwashed and has the original sizing (starch). Selvages preserved intact. This fabric has some pale horizontal weave marks every meter or so. They may wash out but not fully disappear. Only ideal for projects that can work in ~ 1 meter increments - otherwise the body of the piece is perfect and lovely antique condition as factory original! All condition reflected in the price. CARE: We recommend dry-clean only.

  • Elegant UNUSED vintage ticking fabric in a mustard yellow color. It is a sturdy European fabric manufactured circa 1950. The white and yellow stripes of different thickeners are mixed across the fabric. In the past these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called "cutís" (from French "coutil") This fabric has never been used. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It's medium weight cotton. Density textile perfect for upholstery projects, bags, decorative cushions, etc. The yellow Dijon or mustard hue gives our projects an elegant look.
