Beautiful vintage striped ticking fabric in an elegant Prussian blue color. It is a European fabric made around 1950. In the past these resistant fabrics for cushion covers were called “cutis” (from French “coutil”). The fabric is sateen, the right side is slightly shiny. This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is very light weight cotton. Lightweight textile perfect for upholstery projects, bags, decorative pillows, etc. It is very special for nautical / marine projects.
