Gorgeous vintage lilac striped ticking fabrics. It is a resistant European fabric made around 1950. In the past these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called “cutí” (from the French “coutil”). These fabrics are unused. Very rare! A treasure trove of the last Mediterranean factories. Perfect textiles for interior design. The multicolored upper fabric is stronger in herringbone weave. The bottom is sateen weave.
