  • Vibrant set of vintage striped mattress (ticking) fabrics in an orange and green color. It is a beautiful European fabric manufactured around 1950 that mixes satin fabric with damask jacquard with small square motifs in the color lists. In the past, these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called “cutís” (from the French “coutil”). These fabrics are unused. Very rare! A treasure from the last factories of the Mediterranean. They are light weight cotton. Perfect density textile for projects such as curtains, quilts, patchwork, tablecloths, etc.
