Cheery and simple vintage striped ticking fabric in a warm red color. It is a sturdy European fabric made around 1950. In the past these fabrics for mattress covers were called “cuti” (from the French “coutil”) This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is very light weight cotton. Perfect textile for projects that require light fabrics.
