- Simple and elegant vintage striped ticking fabric in classic red and white color stripes It is a sturdy European fabric made around 1950. In the past these fabrics for mattress covers were called “cuti” (from the French “coutil”). This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is of a medium weight cotton.
Perfect textile for interior design, for tablecloths, for outdoor cushions, etc. We have the same pattern in blue stripes, green stripes, and in yellow stripes.
