    Condition: Excellent
    Unused. Excellent condition. Original condition unaltered. May have only extremely superficial marks consistent with age and history. Pale fading or storage discoloration in the center folding line. Very nice hand-moldable texture. This fabric is unwashed and has the original sizing (starch). Selvages preserved intact. CARE: We recommend dry-clean only.

  • Elegant UNUSED vintage ticking fabric in a mustard yellow color. It is a sturdy European fabric manufactured circa 1950. The white and yellow stripes of different thickeners are mixed across the fabric. In the past these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called "cutís" (from French "coutil") This fabric has never been used. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It's medium weight cotton. Density textile perfect for upholstery projects, bags, decorative cushions, etc. The yellow Dijon or mustard hue gives our projects an elegant look.
