- Original vintage mattress ticking fabric with brown and violet-blue stripes. On the reverse side it is flanneled. It is a European fabric made in the mid-1900s.
In the past they called these resistant fabrics for mattress covers “cutís” (“coutil” in French).
This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from the last factories of the Mediterranean. It is medium weight cotton.
