    Unused. Perfect condition. Original condition unaltered. Minimal pale storage or age marks towards the middle. Very nice hand-moldable texture. This fabric is unwashed and has the original sizing (starch). Selvages preserved intact. CARE: We recommend dry-clean only.

  • Simple and elegant vintage ticking fabric in caramel red and white stripes. It is a sturdy European fabric made around 1950 of sateen weave. In the past these resistant fabrics for mattress covers were called "cutís" (from French "coutil") This fabric has never been used. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It's medium weight cotton. Dense textile perfect for upholstery projects, bags, cushions, etc. If you are one of those who mix simplicity and elegance, liveliness and joy, it is your fabric.
