    Condition: Good
    Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing throughout the piece. A small tear towards the side seams. Both selvages preserved intact. Very nice hand-moldable texture. No eyelets. A very rare find. Slight scuffs here and there. Overall it is in an excellent antique condition. A magnificent piece! It will be a pleasure to work with this fabric.

  • Fantastic deep cobalt blue vintage ticking fabric. This is a European damask fabric from around 1930-1940. This piece, reclaimed and freshly laundered, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is a soft cotton It is light weight. Mixed pattern, large flowers, flowering trees, exotic birds, varied architectures such as pyramids, a castle, a rural house, etc. It is like a journey through many cultures.
