Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Minor color fading or discoloration throughout the piece. Minimal scuffing throughout the piece. One intact selvage. No eyelets! A very rare find, usable continuously.
- Beautiful vintage ticking fabric in deep red color. It is a European damask fabric from around 1940. Sets of three leaves that sometimes look like vine leaves joined by their tendrils run throughout the piece. This piece, recovered and recently washed, was part of a wool mattress cover. This fabric is soft cotton and is light to medium weight. It is very soft and has a lot of drape.
