Fair condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the middle. A small tear towards the middle. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. One intact selvage. With hand mendings. Very nice hand-moldable texture. Specially soft fabric. An L-shaped tear of approx. 3x3cm towards the middle of the piece. Some scratches here and there, but overall in very nice old condition. It is a narrow but long piece, to take advantage of.
- Excellent vintage ticking fabric in navy blue and white stripes. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from the French “coutil”) from around 1940. This piece, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is lightweight and very soft cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, etc. The originality of these colors stands out. Excellent for nautical style projects.
