Good condition. With the authentic brass eyelets. Very nice hand-moldable texture. Specially soft fabric. Moderate wear. Original color. Some friction on the sides. Rust spots on the shore. Metal eyelets. Very vivid color.
- Unusual vintage maroon, gray and white striped mattress fabric (ticking). It is a European damask fabric, circa 1930-1940. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is lightweight cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. On the garnet band, the jacquard fabric draws abstract shapes that represent bunches of grapes and sketched leaves. And the white area is nuanced by fine gray stripes. Especially soft and draped fabric. We have this same fabric in blue.
