- Bright vintage ticking fabric of rose red and cream stripes with some thin white and blue lists. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from French "coutil") circa 1950. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. It's a very cheerful fabric with a very lively rose red.
